Brian has worked for 10 years in an MNC pharmaceutical company before moving to the medical device industry in 2002. In 2007, having risen to the post of country sales head, he ventured out to start Purple Medical Solutions with like-minded colleagues. Purple went on to get into manufacturing in 2011 and entered into a JV with MicroPort Scientific, a major medical device MNC, in 2020. He now heads the JV and shares a vision to make Purple MicroPort a provider of innovative world class medical device technologies to benefit health professionals and patients.

Brian Lancelot received his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and also completed a course in business management from ISB Hyderabad.

Dinesh Brings with him 20 years of experience of Medical Device across different functions Vis Sales, Marketing, HR, P&L and Strategy.

He started his career as feet on street (TM) with Eli Lilly and moved up the ladder. He worked with Boston Scientific for over 12 years in various Leadership Roles - Establishing Distribution network, Market Penetration strategy & Building capable sales Teams. He also worked with Bharti Group in Management Role, working with external partners on building their organization capabilities and leadership team.

His Most recent Assignment was with MicroPort Scientific as Advance Director, Establishing India Business and work on Make in India project & creating road Map to be among the top 5 Players in India.

Dinesh is graduate in Computer Science from Delhi University. He Holds Master’s Degree in Management from IMT. He also holds M Phil in Psychology and over 20 Certifications in field of Leadership and Human Behaviour.

Abhijit has around 20 years of professional experience across various finance verticals like Financial & strategic planning/Analysis, Corporate accounting & Finance, treasury operations, commercial finance, Internal controls & risk management, M&A ,Taxation etc.

Over last 20 years, Abhijit had successful stints with Deloitte, Cadbury India, Tata, Marico & Novartis India with increasing responsibilities within Finance domain. Prior to joining Purple MicroPort, he worked as CFO & Executive Director with Rexel India.

Rajesh comes with a vast breadth of sales and marketing experience spread over 25 years of having worked in Pharma and Medical device sector with leading MNC’s. He spearheaded International Sales and West Zone Sales in medical device industry prior to starting their own sales and distribution venture ‘Purple Medical Solutions’ in 2007 with like-minded colleagues. In 2011, they ventured into Manufacturing by taking over MIV Therapeutics and
establishing their brands, later also steered the company to enter into JV with Microport in 2020.

Rajesh holds a Bachelor’s degree from University of Mumbai and Master’s degree in Management from SIMSR, Mumbai.

Murlidhar has more than 25 years’ experience across the Medical Devices and Medical Equipment Industry. Started career as Research and development engineer in the field of medical devices and cardiology. Development Head in manufacture of X-rays also involved in production of ATM machines for couple of years. Founder Member of Purple Medical Solutions. (2007)

Mathew has more than 20 year of Pharma and medical device experience.
Started career as an Intern with Novartis India and then moved to develop Vascular Concepts South India operation as Regional Manager.
